Steps for changing your account name

Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator to get started 

  1. From the Admin menu, select ‘Accounts’.
  2. Select the account, card or merchant facility you want to edit the nickname for. 
  3. Select Edit preferred name
  4. In the Account preferred name field, type your new preferred name.
  5. Select Save. This new nickname will display to all users who have access to the account via this NAB Connect facility.
