Steps to take to ensure you do not lose connection to NAB Direct Link

Your NAB Direct Link facility has specific security details registered, such as IP address, SSH and PGP keys, which are used to ensure you can connect securely with NAB. When this information changes, it may interrupt your connection. 

Before updating your internal systems or financial software packages, always consult Direct Link Support or your NAB business banking representative to discuss potential impacts and testing requirements to ensure that your connection and critical cut-over dates are maintained.

Depending on the impacts of the change you’re making, we strongly recommend you test your connection and file transfer within our test environment before submitting live files to NAB Direct Link.
