What happens after our graduate program

Reward: At the completion of the program, Technology graduates usually have opportunities to quickly step up, rewarding a graduate's hard work not only in the form of increased remuneration and benefits, but also through heightened challenges and responsibilities.

Career choice: Graduates can have a say in their ongoing career path by considering and nominating for positions from a range of roles or disciplines available to them.  This enables graduates to capitalise on the knowledge, experience and achievements they have gained to accelerate their career and align themselves with their personal aspirations and strengths.  From there, our Career Development Model assists you in continuing your career progress.

Leadership: Graduate performers typically progress quickly and take advantage of Technology's commitment to creating mobility and opportunity for talented people. This progression could lead to Lead or Senior Technical roles, People Leadership and Project Management.
