Who we look for
We aim to recruit and develop a group of diverse, multi-talented, enthusiastic, high-calibre tertiary graduates. The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is crucial within the fast paced financial services industry. Due to the rotational nature of the program we also seek people who are eager to grow and learn.
Disciplines we recruit from
Graduates from all disciplines who are either completing their studies or have completed them within the last two years will be considered for a position on the MLC Graduate Development Program.

What happens after our graduate program
The Graduate Development Program provides the opportunity to work in a range of rotations across multiple disciplines. Once graduates have determined their preferred area during the program, they usually have the opportunity to further develop their experience upon completion of the program. Graduates generally take on a diverse range of permanent roles at the conclusion of the Graduate Development Program. Previous graduates have taken on roles such as Research Analysts, Project Managers, Adviser Relationship Managers, Team Managers and Product Development Managers.
Every employee develops an Individual Development Plan with his or her people leader. The opportunity for skills development is very real and may involve a mix of internally and externally delivered training and/or self-development activities.
