Did you know hundreds of NAB employees spend up to two days a year volunteering in their communities?
During August, NAB volunteers completed 560 days with organisations around the country including Conservation Volunteers Australia, World Vision Australia and The Cancer Council.
Our people are entitled to two paid volunteer days a year to work with a not-for-profit organisation in their area. Overall, our employees completed 6,400 days of paid volunteer leave last year - that's about 1.5 million dollars of in-kind community work.
As many employees are desk-bound, getting out and about in their communities and making a difference makes them feel great!
