Make repayments to your card
At NAB, we've made it easy and convenient to make your repayments. You can:

Transfer funds from linked NAB accounts using NAB Internet Banking1, through NAB Telephone Banking1on 13 22 65, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or at a NAB ATM2.

Use the direct mail envelope included in your monthly NAB credit card statement.

Visit your nearest branch and pay in person.

Pay at one of over 3100 Australia Post outlets displaying the Bank@Post2 sign.
As a monthly charge card, the Business Card is automatically set up with direct debit and the account balance is paid in full monthly.
Direct debit request
This option is only applicable to Business Access accounts. Direct debit is automatically set up for Business Card accounts.
You can instruct NAB to take a direct debit from a nominated account to pay your Business Access account. Download and complete the NAB Business Access Direct Debit Request form(effective 1 December 2002) PDF (217KB). Fax to 1300 363 689, return to your nearest branch , or mail to:

Pay bills
Paying bills from your credit card is simple and flexible. Many of your regular supplier bills such as power, gas or telephone can be paid with your NAB Commercial Card. Contact your supplier for more information. Make one-off payments using BPAY on NAB Internet Banking1 or through Telephone Banking1.
Change your contact details
To change contact details such as your address or telephone number, contact NAB on 13 10 12, 8am - 8pm EST, Monday to Friday.
