Add or remove a cardholder
You can request to add an additional cardholder at no extra charge. Download and complete the Additional Credit Card Request Form. (62019)

Important things to note:

The additional cardholder must be 16 years of age or older.

The primary cardholder is responsible for all transactions conducted with the additional card.

If the additional cardholder is not a NAB customer, government regulation require that NAB obtains from them sufficient proof of identity before the additional card can be provided (eg: passport, birth certificate, driver's license, Medicare Card, etc.)

Allow up to 10 working days for NAB to process your request.
You can request to remove an additional cardholder by calling 13 22 65, 8am - 8pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Disputes
Contact 13 22 65 to lodge a dispute. A confirmation letter will be sent out for your record.

Make repayments to your card
At NAB, we've made it easy and convenient to make your repayments. You can:
- Transfer funds from linked NAB accounts using NAB Internet Banking1, through NAB Telephone Banking1on 13 22 65, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or at a NAB ATM2.
- Use BPAY® from a participating bank, credit union or building society using biller code 56192 for American Express cards3. The customer reference number is your complete credit card number.
- Use the direct mail envelope included in your monthly NAB credit card statement.
- Visit your nearest branch and pay in person.
- You can also instruct NAB to take a direct debit from a nominated account to pay your NAB credit card account. Download and complete the Direct Debit Request Form (29507)

To cancel or amend a direct debit an email can be sent to CommercialCardAssist@nab.com.au

Pay bills
Paying bills from your credit card is simple and flexible.
Many of your regular supplier bills such as power, gas or telephone can be paid with your NAB credit card. Contact your supplier for more information.

Change your contact details
To change contact details such as your address or telephone number, download and complete the Update Your Address and Contact Details Form. (26789)
