EFTPOS Assistance

In the event of a EFTPOS terminal being unable to communicate with NAB, it will default to a 'fallback' situation. This means transactions will be stored within the terminal and passed through to NAB when communications are restored, minimising interruptions to your business.

Following a period when communications with NAB are interrupted, your terminal may have stored transactions within it. It may be necessary to reset the terminal in order for these stored transactions to be sent to NAB for clearance.
