KBC Global Water Fund

Water is fast becoming the earth's key resource. Water availability may determine both global economic development and the future quality of human life.
The KBC Global Water Fund invests in the "blue gold" theme. Investing in the water industry involves buying the shares of companies involved in areas such as the treatment of waste water, through to companies that make pipes, pumps and valves. The water industry also includes environmental controls such as metering and new technology such as desalination (taking salt from sea water).
