Here's how it works. Just ask your teller for an Express Business Deposit terms and conditions form. Fill it out and subject to approval, we'll provide you with a number of Express Business Deposit bags.
Then, all you have to do is:
- Fill out a deposit slip at your workplace
- Separate your notes, coins and cheques
- Record the total amount on the outside of the plastic bag and ensure it matches the amount on the deposit slip.
- Place the notes and coins into the top compartment and the completed deposit slip and cheques into the bottom compartment.
- Secure each compartment by tearing off the adhesive tamper evident seal and pressing down firmly.
- Tear off the bag number slip from the top of the bag for your records.
- Go to the branch and drop it into the Express Business Deposit box provided.
It's that straight forward. In fact, using National Express Deposit probably isn't very different to the way you currently prepare your banking - except that using the drop box is so quick. And if you deposit before 4pm your funds will be credit to your account on the same day.
