ABN AMRO Social Infrastructure Trust is a registered managed investment scheme offering eligible investors exposure to a portfolio of social infrastructure assets.

The underlying assets are Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) which receive payments from Government or quasi-Government entities during the concession period. The fund is targeting an internal rate of return of 9.5% p.a. (10.5% p.a. including franking credits) and will be approximately 70% tax deferred for the first four years. The offer is open to "sophisticated" and "wholesale" investors with a minimum investment amount of $100,000.
This offer may benefit investors seeking government backed cash flows, with a long term investment horizon (term is approximately 30 years).
