Charter Hall Umbrella Fund (CHUF) is an open ended hybrid unlisted unit trust that invests in Australian property. The Fund aims to provide investors with access to strong returns from a suite of property funds across office, industrial and retail markets, usually only available to wholesale and institutional investors.

This offer may benefit investors seeking exposure to a diversified portfolio of stable income producing property assets or those investors seeking to further diversify their listed and unlisted property exposures. This fund is also suitable for investors investing through their self managed superannuation fund.

  • Additional CHUF units allotted to investors, equivalent to 3.00% of their original investment
  • Geared offer - provides investors with the opportunity to defer payment of 40% of their investment capital for 3 years through a pre-approved Investment Loan. Superannuation funds can participate in the geared offer by investing in instalment Receipts. Both the Instalment Receipts and Investment Loan are offered on a limited recourse basis.
