1. Rural property refers to properties which are located further than 50km away from a provincial city (population greater than 20,000) or more than 20km away from a primary regional town (population greater than 10,000); are greater than 10 hectares; and do not generate more than $20,000 income.
2. A prepayment fee and economic costs may be payable if additional partial repayments are greater than $20,000 during the fixed rate period. A prepayment fee is payable for full repayment during the fixed rate period. Economic costs may also be payable.
3. If the line of credit facility is attached to more than one account, you can only withdraw up to the account limit on each account.
4. For properties which are zoned Rural Freehold. For properties which are zoned Rural Leasehold the maximum loan size is 65% of the property value. Other conditions apply for NT Perpetual pastoral leases.
5. Prepayment in full within four years of the settlement date will incur an Early Exit Fee.
