How to access your account information
- 24 hours, 7 days a week at mlc.com.au. You will be issued with a unique Customer Number and secure password if you tell us on the Application Form that you wish to use the website.
- Contact the MasterKey Service Centre on 133 991 between 8am and 8pm Sydney Time on any business day.
- Refer to the regular reports that we will send you.

At mlc.com.au you can access a snapshot of your entire MasterKey portfolio. Apart from providing you with information on all your MasterKey accounts, the site also gives you access to educational material from MLC's library of investor information.
Also available are the most up-to-date versions of:
- investment brochures and PDS;
- the specialist investment managers MLC employs and the portfolios they manage; and
- performance information for each investment fund.
Easy to read statements with more information on your investments
As a MasterKey investor, you will also receive regular, printed reports on all of your MasterKey investments, summarised on the first page and explained in detail on subsequent pages. These reports have been developed by communication experts to be both clear and comprehensive.
You will also receive a range of other reports, including tax statements and distribution statements for unit trusts.
