Don't have enough points to get the reward you want?

Through Harvey World Travel, as long as you have 10 points, you can still redeem a reward - simply pay the difference with cash or credit when you make the booking.3 This payment option is also available from time to time on selected rewards as advertised in the Savour magazines.

1. Check your points balance. 

How? Have a look at your current statement or give us a call on 
1300 650 456  (Option 1) 8am - 8pm EST Monday to Friday.

2. Search for a reward through NAB Gold Rewards Search
3. Call the NAB Gold Card Centre on 1300 650 456,  8am - 8pm EST, Monday to Friday to redeem your rewards.

Joining

To join the program, apply for a NAB Gold Rewards Card. Once approved, you can start earning points immediately.

All of your Gold privileges are included in your annual credit card fee of $88.30 and your annual program fee of $57.204.

Important information
Approval for a NAB credit card is subject to NAB's credit assessment criteria. Terms and conditions are available on application or for download here. Fees and charges apply. Full details of the terms and conditions relating to NAB Gold Rewards are set out in the NAB Gold Rewards Terms and Conditions. Bonus Points Providers and points redemption values current as at 1 July 2007 and subject to change.

  1. Excludes cash advances (including bills paid over the counter at a bank, financial institution or post office and purchases of travellers cheques) or when a NAB Gold Rewards Credit Card is used as a debit card to access linked accounts or transactions we decide are wholly or partly for a business or investment purpose.  Also excludes fees and charges (including government fees and charges), interest charges, transactions which are disputed, fraudulent or involve abuse of your NAB Gold Rewards Card account, payments and purchases which are refunded and reimbursed.
  2. Debited to your NAB Gold Rewards Card account in a statement period in accordance with the NAB Gold Rewards Terms and Conditions.
  3. Top-up is only available for travel booked through the Harvey World Travel Service Centre. 
  4. Annual card fee and annual Program fee are subject to change. Correct as at 1 July 2007. View full details of fees and charges.
  5. Credit to your account will be made within 5 working days of your points redemption. The credit is then available for you to use provided your overall account is in sufficient credit. The credit for points cannot be used to pay the 'minimum payment' required by the terms and conditions of your account.
  6. All travel is booked through the NAB Gold Rewards travel rewards provider, Harvey World Travel Service Centre ABN 77 094 188 100.
  7. Membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. A joining fee applies. Requests for redemptions must be in multiples of 1,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer points and it is not possible to redeem Qantas Frequent Flyer points for NAB Gold Rewards points.

Other important information
A credit card offers you great flexibility and convenience. But it's important to remember, like any debt, you will have to repay it. If you are unsure as to whether you will be able to manage repayments for a new credit card, then you should not consider taking up a NAB credit card at this point in time.
