- Enter the proposed pay out date using 8 digits
- Listen to pay out figure of your loan (does not include any fees or government charges)

Press for Transaction History or to Order a Statement

- Press for Transaction History
- Select account
- To list all account transactions, Press 1
- To list all account withdrawals, Press 2
- To list all account deposits, Press 3

- Press to Order a Statement
- To order a current Statement, Press 1
- To order a copy of a previous Statement, press 2

Press to Transfer Funds and Re-draw

- Press to Transfer Funds
- Select the "from" account
- Select the "to" account
- Enter the amount in dollars and cents, ignoring the decimal point, followed by the # key
- Listen to the confirmation message, if OK to transfer Press 1, to cancel Press 2
- Record your receipt number

- Press to Create a Re-draw Option

- Select the "from" account
- Select the "to" account
- Enter the amount in dollars and cents, ignoring the decimal point, followed by the # key

- Record your receipt number
