National Choice Package
A special package designed for busy professionals, offering a wide range of NAB products and services with exclusive benefits for one annual package fee. First year annual fee waiver under the National Choice Package.

National Home Loans
NAB offers a wide range of home loans that can be specifically designed to suit the needs of your employees. We offer the flexibility to tailor their home loan, which could result in real savings in both time and money. Your employees can choose from all NAB Home Loans (including FlexiPlus Mortgage facility) and receive a $300 application fee discount. A further $100 discount to the application fee will be provided when a NAB transaction account is opened with salary crediting.

Switching costs
For home loans over $150,000, we'll also cover your switching costs up to $600. Switching costs cover:

• stamping, registration (lodgement & discharge) of mortgage/mortgage discharge,
• settlement and search fees including any government or other charges,
• exclude the discounted home loan application fee and any economic or break costs.
  Additionally, there is no application fee for a NAB Personal Loan (offer excludes NAB Personal Project Loan).

NAB offers a personal banker for each home loan customer, who takes the time to understand the customers' financial goals.
The personal banker will advise you on tailoring NAB products to your needs to help you pay your loans back sooner.
