System requirements

NAB Internet Banking is available to both Apple Macintosh® users and Microsoft Windows® users.

In order to access NAB Internet Banking, you will need to make sure you have the appropriate hardware and software for your computer. The recommended minimum specifications are:

  PC Mac
Processor Pentium or equivalent processor G3 or above
Operating system Windows® 2000, XP or Vista Mac OS X v10 or higher
Web browser software
  • Internet Explorer® v6.0 or higher
  • Firefox™ v2.0 or higher
  • Safari™ v2.0 or higher
  • Firefox™ v2.0 or higher
Modem Recommended minimum of 33.6kbps
Internet access A connection to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Screen resolution A screen resolution of 800 x 600 or greater is preferred

You can download the appropriate version of Microsoft Internet Explorer®* or Firefox web browsers from their respective sites and return to NAB Internet Banking on completion.
