The National Customer Contact Centre gives you over-the-phone access to Customer Service Representatives.  Just call 13 22 65 between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday and press *6 to speak to one of our friendly representatives.

Customer Service Representatives can help you with:

  • general enquiries about NAB's products and services
  • changing your contact details
  • resetting your Telephone Banking password
  • amending or stopping periodical payments
  • providing payout figures for unsecured personal loans
  • ordering new cheque or deposit books
  • ordering new or repeat statements
  • stopping cheques
