Personal banking

Our personal banking team is responsible for delivering banking products and services to more than five million retail and small business customers across Australia. We do this through a range of distribution channels – our bank branches, the customer contact centre, online banking and the ATM network. And we operate under a number of different brands – NAB, UBank and Advantedge.

Business banking

Australia’s leading business bank provides a diverse range of commercial banking services to business customers. It also provides specialist industry expertise in the agribusiness, property, health care, natural resources, education and government sectors.

Product and markets

Product and markets key role is to build and manage products which create a great customer experience. We also provide funding solutions and access to global capital markets for financial institutions, superannuation funds, governments and businesses. As well as custody and investment services for super funds, fund managers and financial institutions.

Wealth

Our wealth team provides superannuation, investments, insurance and private wealth solutions to retail, corporate and institutional clients through the NAB, MLC and JBWere brands. NAB Wealth operates one of the largest networks of retail financial advisers in Australia.

Support services

Governance and reputation

Our governance and reputation team provides a range of services that reach across the enterprise and to our customers. The focus is on building NAB's culture and reputation. The area's portfolio includes legal advisory and execution services, external communications, corporate social responsibility and dispute and litigation resolution.

People

Our people team work with all areas of the bank and act as key advisers to create value through our people, communication and culture. The team helps to shape a workplace and culture which inspires people to be the best they can be.

Enterprise services and transformation

Enjoy variety and gain experience through large transformation programs for our business and technology systems. Its key services include technology, back office processing, property management, procurement and project management.

Finance and strategy

Our finance and strategy team is responsible for both the setting of the NAB Group's strategic direction and looking after our financial activities. They're also responsible for investor relations, debt funding, interest rate risk management, capital management, global taxation, audit and economic research.

Risk

Our risk team is responsible for managing the NAB Group's risks and maintaining appropriate governance standards. By providing an active, insightful approach to risk in the business, we can help our people do the right thing by our shareholders, customers and community.

Our international businesses

The majority of our financial service businesses operate in Australia and New Zealand, with other businesses located in Asia and the US.

NZ Banking

Our New Zealand banking business operates under the Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) brand. It comprises of retail, business, agribusiness, corporate, private banking, wealth and insurance franchises.

Asia

We have presence in over seven countries in Asia including Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, China, India, Indonesia and Vietnam. We offer our customers a full suite of banking and financial services ranging from private wealth, investment advisory, to business and institutional banking.
