What is Enhanced Internet Banking?

Enhanced Internet Banking is on the account summary page and enables you to view MLC MasterKey super, pension, investment products, and/or MLC Limited insurance policies within your NAB Internet Banking.

This new detail displays: Account balances, Limited Transaction history and Account details.

I want to hide and unhide my accounts including MLC and MLC Limited accounts on NAB Internet Banking, how do I do this?

You can change your view and select which accounts you wish to display and hide.

To change your view simply go to ‘Internet Banking settings’ option on the menu bar of your NAB Internet Banking, and follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Internet Banking
  2. Place your mouse over the ‘Settings/Mailbox’ option from the top toolbar and select the Internet Banking settings’ option
  3. Enable which account to display on the ‘Account Summary’ screen by selecting or de-selecting (select to keep and de-select to hide) the check boxes next to each account
  4. Click on the ‘Save account settings’ button to save your changes

The MLC account information appearing on my NAB Internet Banking view is not correct. What should I do?

The introduction of Enhanced Internet Banking does not change the way you transact on NAB products on NAB Internet Banking.

Can I transact on my MLC and MLC Limited products and policies through NAB Internet Banking?

MLC & MLC Limited products and policies are ‘view only’ and cannot be transacted upon from NAB Internet Banking. You will need to log onto mlc.com.au to transact on your MLC or MLC Limited account

Why can’t I see insurance attached to my MLC MasterKey Business Super or MLC MasterKey Personal Super account?

Insurance details for MLC MasterKey Business Super or MLC MasterKey Personal Super account is not currently available in Enhanced Internet Banking View. You can view insurance benefits you have attached to these accounts by logging in to mlc.com.au

There will be no change to your Internet Banking view now that MLC Limited is not part of the NAB group. The enhanced internet banking view means that you can view your MLC and NAB products all in the one place.
