Are you an existing NAB customer?
If you already hold a personal account with NAB, select 'Yes'. This will assist in processing your application as we may have certain personal details already on file.
NAB Identification Number (also known as NAB ID)
If you are an existing NAB customer, you will have a NAB Identification Number or NAB ID. This number is located on the rear of your NAB credit card or debit card (see below).
Make a selection that applies to you from the list of available titles/salutations
Enter your first name (also known as Christian name) into the space provided
If you have a middle name, please enter it or your middle initial in the space provided. If you don't have a middle name, leave the space blank
Enter your surname (also known as last name) in the space provided.
Date of birth
Using the dropdown boxes, select your day and month of birth, enter the year you were born in the space provided (eg. 1969).
Home telephone area code and number
Select your area code from the dropdown and enter your 8-digit home telephone number in the space provided.
Is your home telephone number silent?
Select 'Yes' if you have a silent telephone number or 'No' if your telephone number is listed in the directory or you are unsure. This information helps protect your privacy.
Work telephone area code and number
Select your area code from the dropdown and enter your 8-digit work telephone number in the space provided.
Mobile telephone number
Enter your 10 digit mobile telephone number in the space provided. If you don't have a mobile telephone number please leave the space provided blank.
Enter your email address in the space provided (eg. email@example.com)
We need your email address to communicate with you about your application:
- After you have applied for a NAB Personal Loan, we'll send you an email to confirm your application has been received
- We'll generally advise you of the outcome of your application by email (in some cases we may phone you or write to you about your application).
- If your application has been approved, we'll also tell you how to verify your application details and how to access your loan funds

Select your preferred method of contact from the dropdown menu. If you are happy to be contacted via any method, select the 'No Preference' option.
Drivers licence number
Enter your drivers licence number in the space provided. The length will vary based on the State/Territory the drivers licence was issued.
Drivers licence state
Select the State/Territory where the drivers licence was issued from the dropdown menu.
Select your marital status from the options available in the dropdown menu.
Number of children/dependants
Select the number of children/dependants from the dropdown menu.
Are you a permanent Australian Resident?
If you are an Australian resident (i.e. You live in Australia and have an Australian passport, or you live in Australia and have been granted a permanent visa) select 'Yes', if you are not a permanent Australian resident select 'No'.
Online help - residential details
Make a selection from the options provided that best describes your residential status. The option you select may require further details, such as your real estate agent or landlord contact details.
Unit / Apartment No.
If you reside in a unit, apartment or flat, enter the number in the space provided. If you don't have a unit / apartment number, leave the space blank.
Enter the street number of your residence in the space provided.
Street name and type
Enter the street name and select the street type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the town or suburb of your residence in the space provided
Select the State or Territory in which you reside from options available in the dropdown menu
Enter the 4-digit postcode of your town or suburb in the space provided. Please ensure this is number only (eg. 3000)
When did you move to this address?
Select the month from the dropdown menu and enter the year you moved to this address in the space provided (eg. 1999)
