School First
School-community partnerships
Schools First is an exciting new education initiative that encourages school and community groups to 'team up' and improve the education of students.
We deliver Schools First across Australia, in collaboration with Australian Council for Education Research (ACER) and Foundation for Young Australians (FYA), and we provide a prize pool of $5 million every year for three years.
The program allows all primary and secondary schools demonstrating best practice in school-community partnerships to apply for the $5 million reward.

Schools First Relationship Manager
You can work with a winning school to help celebrate their Schools First success and bring Schools First to life in your local community
Schools First Advocate
Assigned to a winning school you'll share the benefits of Schools First with other staff, customers, schools and community groups.
Program Volunteer
This is your chance to support or run local school-community partnership forums.
Partnership Volunteer
You can take up a volunteering opportunity through our NAB Volunteering team.
