An employer of choice for women, we actively encourage and support women to reach their full potential, including increasing the number of women in leadership roles and improving the gender mix at management levels.
We also have many great initiatives such as women's networking and support groups, career development programs for women, pay equity & gender metrics and mentoring. We also provide our women with support and tools to balance their career and family responsibilities, such as our parental leave provisions, flexible working practices and provision of childcare.
We aim to ensure that nothing stops women from reaching the top. We actively encourage women to reach their full potential and in 2010 (only of the large four banks in 2010), for the fourth year in a row, we were delighted to be recognised as an Employer of Choice for Women by The Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA).
