"I started with NAB 13 years ago as a teller, and now I'm in Mortgage Collections. For me a typical day involves processing requests for products such as mortgages and personal loans, but as a senior associate I'm also involved in coaching, training and being a point of contact for my team.
"In my role it's important to be flexible, have attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people - from bankers and customers to executive management.
