Our risk management capability is integrated into the day-to-day activities of our diverse business areas. Within every business, we have a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) who reports to both the Group CRO and the relevant Group Executive. Importantly, the CROs sit on their individual leadership teams, providing objective risk management advice across all risk categories. Our risk management approach is designed to support our organisation’s strategic priorities, meet regulator expectations, and ensure a robust and responsible framework, practice and control environment.
