To ensure you're supported to achieve your aspirations at work and in your personal life, we provide a number of family-friendly benefits, including generous leave entitlements, flexible working arrangements and other parental initiatives.
Pre-Natal Leave is provided for all soon-to-be parents to ensure both partners are able to attend medical appointments during their pregnancy. It also enables partners to attend.
We've also set up a Parental Leave Toolkit to ensure both male and female employees enjoy a positive and stress free parental leave experience from the time they announce their parental leave needs to the day they return.
Another initiative arranged by The Academy is pre-parenting programs that prepare both male and female employees for first time parenting, including career considerations and opportunities for networking.
Childcare and Dependent Care Services
Finding good and affordable childcare is a challenge many parents face, which is why we're creating quality, convenient, cost-effective childcare options. We sponsor all-day childcare placements with a number of Childcare Placement providers in order to assist you to find childcare at a reasonable cost.
