How to perform a donation

  1. To create a donation from:
    outside the funds transfer service roll your cursor over funds transfer on the main menu and select Donations from the drop down list

    within the funds transfer service

    click the Donations sub-menu option

     
  2. Select the account you want the funds to be taken out of, from the From account drop down list.
     
  3. Select the Charity you wish to donate funds to from the drop down list.
     
  4. Enter the donor name you wish to appear on the payee’s statement to show who the donation is from
     
  5. Enter the amount of the donation
     
  6. Click Next.
     
  7. Check that your donation details are correct on Confirm donation screen.
    Note: The Confirm donation screen will indicate the method of authorisation (SMS code or Internet Banking password).
     
  8. If the details are correct eneter in your Internet banking password or SMS security code
     
  9. Click Submit.
    The Donation acknowledgement screen displays with the details of your donation instruction.
    Alternatively, click:
    • Cancel to cancel your instruction
    • Back to amend your instruction details
  10. Donations over $2.00 are tax deductible. For tax purposes, please print and retain a copy of your donation.
