About account information

This service enables you to perform the functions listed below.

View

• account balances for a list of your accounts
• the transactions for each of your accounts
• details of each of your accounts (eg account number, credit interest details)
• your statements online and save them so that you can access them outside of Internet Banking
• details of your NAB Portfolio Facility
• if applicable, your NAB OnLine Trading share portfolio holdings
• if applicable, details for Equity Lending Facilities
• if applicable, account balances for your MLC Investments
• if applicable, details for your Personal Insurance
• if applicable, details for your General Insurance

Stop

• payment of a cheque that has not been presented

Re-order

• a cheque or deposit book 
• a statement for an account or Credit Card

Export

• account balance information for use in other software applications
• transaction history information for use in other software applications

*You can only view these functions if you have registered for Enhanced Internet Banking view.

• The accounts displayed on the Account balance screen are available for use in NAB Internet Banking (except for the following which are view only: NAB OnLine Trading share portfolio balances, MLC Investment and Superannuation balances, Equity Lending Facility balances, Personal and General Insurance products).
• If, after registering for NAB Internet Banking, you open a new account, it will automatically become available in NAB Internet Banking
• To remove NAB Internet Banking access to any account, you must de-select the account on the Modify account access screen (see Modify account access)
