Export account balance information

You can export account balances for use in other software applications that accept CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files.

Did you know?
You cannot export account balances for an account displaying the message Balance unavailable. This is a temporary situation and should not take long to rectify. Refreshing the screen will retrieve the account balance if the situation has been resolved.

How to export

  1. To access your account balance information from:
    outside the account info service roll your cursor over account info. on the main menu and select Account summary from the drop down list

    within the account info service

    click the Account summary sub-menu option


      
  2. Click the Export data link above the available balance column
  3. Save the file to your nominated location.
