Re-order a statement

You can order repeat copies of your statement(s). It's important to note that:

  • statements ordered via this request are repeat copies of existing statements
  • each statement that you re-order will be posted to the recorded postal address for that account
  • a Repeat Statement fee of $7.00 per statement may be charged.

 How to re-order a statement

  1. To re-order a statement from: 
    Outside the account info service Roll your cursor over account info on the main menu and select Re-order statement from the drop down list

    Within the account info service

    Click the Re-order statement sub-menu option


     
  2. Select the account for which you want to re-order a statement from the Which account is the statement for drop down list. 
     
  3. Choose from the following options: 
    If you want to re-order a statement for... You need to...
    A credit card Enter the date range in the Statement number(s) requested field
    Note: Each statement number range should be separated by a comma
    Any other account that is not a credit card account Enter the statement number in the Statement number(s) requested field
    Note: Each statement number should be separated by a comma (eg 1,3,5-12)

     
  4. Select Yes or No to the Have you changed your postal address in the last 6 months? field. 
     
  5. Click Next.
    The Re-order statement confirmation screen displays. 
     
  6. Check that your statement re-order details are correct. 
     
  7. Alternatively, click:
    • Cancel to cancel the request.
    • Back to go back and amend the details of the request.
    • print to obtain a copy of the acknowledgement details as a record of your request.
