To create an International funds transfer, you need to be registered for both SMS security and pay anyone access.
Note: You cannot submit an International transfer from a credit card account.

All communications from NAB relating to International funds transfers will be sent via Internet Banking's secure service.
How to create an international transfer

If you are:
| outside the funds transfer service |
roll your cursor over funds transfer on the main menu and select New international transfer from the drop down list |

within the funds transfer service
|
click the New international transfer sub-menu option

Enter the beneficiary details into the Beneficiary details section (Name, Address & Country fields combined must be no more than 138 characters)
Note: If the country you wish to transfer to does not appear in the drop down list, you will not be able to submit an International transfer via Internet Banking, however you’ll need to perform the International transfer via a Branch.

Enter the beneficiary bank details into the Beneficiary bank details section.

Select the linked account you are transferring funds out of, from the From account drop down list in the International transfer detailssection.
The International transfer fee will be displayed in this section.

Select from the drop down list whether any additional overseas bank fees will be charged to your account or charged to the beneficiary and taken from the funds you're sending.

Enter a description for the transfer which will appear on your statement

Select your preferred currency conversion option:

| in a foreign currency to another foreign currency |
- select the first radio button
- enter the amount you instruct NAB to transfer
- choose the foreign currency from the drop down list
- go to step 7

| in AUD currency to a foreign currency |
- select the second radio button
- enter the amount you instruct NAB to transfer in AUD
- choose the foreign currency you wish to convert to from the drop down list
- go to step 7

Note: You can obtain an indicative exchange rate by clicking the calculator link.

Select either a one off transfer or a periodic transfer and select the transfer date

Read through the Terms and Conditions, then click Accept.

Click Next.

Check that your international funds transfer instruction details are correct on the New international transfer - confirmation page.
Note: If applicable, an indicative exchange rate will be displayed.

Choose from the following options:

- Enter in your SMS security code and click Submit (or Re-submit to instruct NAB to attempt to reprocess the transfer again)
- go to step 11

| incorrect and require changing |
- click Back and amend the instruction details
- go to step 9
|
| incorrect and you require the International transfer instruction to be abandoned |
click Cancel to cancel your instruction |

To save you time, you can save your beneficiary details to a Beneficiary list to access the next time you create an international funds transfer. To do so:

click Add to My Beneficiary List

enter a nickname for the beneficiary

click Next
-
confirm the details, then click Save
Note: Once you have saved your beneficiary, it will appear in a drop down list when making future International transfer applications in Internet Banking.
