We are constantly reviewing our business processes and systems to implement improvements to our customer service that make it simpler and more convenient for our customers to do business with us and fulfil their aspirations.
Number of graduates recruited
Normally there is an intake of approximately 80 graduates twice a year (across Australia), with successful graduates commencing employment approximately 6 months after the assessment and selection process. The number of roles recruited for in each state and location fluctuates from year to year and is dependent upon business demand.

What can you expect?
Our graduates embark on an intensive development program, designed to provide broad exposure to different skills, and an understanding of our approach to building relationships and providing financial solutions for our customers. On commencement, all graduates are allocated a Business Banking Centre in which the majority of their training takes place. The graduate program has an intensive training component of 12 weeks duration and on completion graduates will start their career in a rewarding role as Business Banker.

Where are our graduate roles located?
Graduate roles are available across New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Western Australia and Queensland in both metropolitan and rural locations.
What happens after our graduate program?
On completion of the program, graduates usually have the opportunity to progress into a variety of different roles within Business & Premium Banking, initially as part of a small team supporting the management of a broad portfolio of clients. Many graduates follow a path to become a Relationship Manager, with the responsibility of managing a diverse client portfolio.
