NAB Bushfire Recovery Network - Terms of Use
Registering your business
To register your business, you must complete the online registration form at nab.com.au. By submitting the online registration form, you represent and warrant that:

the information included in the form is true and correct and is not misleading;

you are authorised to provide the information on behalf of the business/individual concerned; and
-
the information provided complies with all relevant laws, including consumer protection laws and copyright laws, and general community standards of appropriateness and decency.
If you provide information about an individual other than yourself, you must promptly make that individual aware of the fact and let them know that:

their personal information has been collected by NAB for the purposes of your registration;

your registration may not be accepted if without that individual’s personal information; and
-
the individual can gain access to their personal information by contacting NAB (refer to ”Contacting Us” below).
You must also give the individual our contact details and a copy of these Terms of Use (copies available on request).
The information provided on this form will be used by NAB for the purposes of NAB establishing, maintaining and decommissioning the NAB Bushfire Recovery Network (“Network”) site. Unless you have asked us not to contact you, we will also use the information on this form for the purpose of contacting you to provide you with follow up information in relation to the Network and to discuss how you and your business are coping after the bushfires. We will not use your information for marketing purposes.
If you do not provide any of the mandatory information, NAB will not be able to include your business on the Network. If you do not provide any of the optional information, NAB will still be able to process your registration however the information available on the Network may be limited.
You acknowledge and agree that:

the information you provide for publication is intended be made publicly available at nab.com.au. NAB cannot control how other people use your information once it is on nab.com.au.

by submitting your registration, you licence NAB to reproduce, modify and publish the information in your registration that is identified as being submitted for the purposes of being published online, and you waive any moral rights you have in that information.

NAB may refuse to include your business’ details on the Network, may elect to only include some of the information you provide, or may remove your registration if NAB believes that by publishing that information (or continuing to publish that information), NAB may be in breach of any laws or if NAB believes that the information is, for any reason, not appropriate to be included on its site.

NAB is under no obligation to review the material submitted for registration for any purposes, including for the purpose of determining whether the material is lawful or appropriate for publication.
To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify NAB against any loss or damage NAB incurs as a result of you breaching these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Accessing the NAB Bushfire Recovery Network
The NAB Bushfire Recovery Network (“Network”) is a publicly available register of businesses in bushfire affected areas of Victoria that wish to promote their businesses to potential customers through the Network.
All information on the Network is provided in good faith, is derived from information provided by, or on behalf of, the businesses concerned and is believed to be accurate and current at the date of publication. NAB does not control the content of any entry on the Network.
Your use of the Network is at your sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, NAB, its related bodies corporate and their officers will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature sustained by any person who uses the Network.
You agree to use the information on the Network solely for the purpose for which it is provided.

To the extent permitted by law, NAB, its related bodies corporate and their officers:

make no representations or warranties in relation to the Network, including in relation to its accuracy, completeness or accessibility, and all implied warranties and conditions are excluded. Some warranties and conditions implied by law cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NAB liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is restricted, at NAB’s option, to the re-supply of the service or the payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.

will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any indirect, special and/or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit) incurred by any person in relation to their access to, use of, or participation in, the Network.
