Banking with NAB at Australia Post
Now there's another convenient and flexible way to do your day-to-day banking with NAB.
Its as easy as visiting any Australia Post retail outlet that displays the Bank@PostTM sign.
Banking made easy
All you need is a NAB Debit Card, NAB Visa Debit Card or NAB Credit Card and a PIN linked to a NAB account and you can start banking at Australia Post, including:
- Deposit cash of up to $3,000 per day (personal customers only)
- Deposit cheques of any amount
- making withdrawals* including EFTPOS, cash withdrawals and cash advances (limit of $1000 per day
- checking your account balances
- receive receipts for all transactions.
Business cash deposits of up to $3,000 per day can be made at selected outlets with a barcoded deposit book.
If you don't have a linked NAB ATM or Credit Card, simply call 13 22 65 between the hours of 7:00am - 9:00pm (Melbourne time, GMT +10), 7 days a week and we'll organise everything for you. You can even do your banking on Saturday
While all Australia Post Outlets are open Monday to Friday, a number are also open on Saturday (And some on Sunday too. Check your local Australia Post outlet for opening hours). So now you've got even more choices to bank when and where it suits you.

*Transactions at Australia Post outlets will incur the same fees as over the counter transactions carried out at NAB branches. While withdrawals and deposits at Australia Post outlets will require the use of a card and PIN, the transaction will be treated as a branch withdrawal and may incur a fee. Fees and charges are detailed in NAB's 'Guide to Fees and Charges'.
