Unfair Contract Terms (UCT)
New laws about unfair contract terms came into effect on 1 July 2010.1 If those new laws apply to a term in a contract you have with us and we believe that term may be unfair under those new laws, we will seek to interpret and apply that term in a way that it is consistent with the new laws.2

2 "We" and "us" means the company in the NAB Group with which you have a contract. "NAB Group" means National Australia Bank Limited and its subsidiaries including MLC Limited.
