2010 NAB Graduate Program Asia – Hong Kong, China and India

Would you like to secure a permanent position in Hong Kong, China or India and also have the opportunity to complete an assignment here in Australia? If so, then our NAB Asia Graduate Program might be just what you are looking for!

What's on offer?

NAB Asia is seeking high calibre tertiary graduates with the willingness and the potential to build a rewarding long term career in our Asian Business.

We will challenge, support and encourage you to develop your skills and knowledge across a range of business disciplines. Our 18 month NAB Asia Graduate Program will consist of:

• Initial 6 months in the appropriate Asian office.   
• 12 months in Australia to participate in the Australian Graduate Development Program and work within 2 areas of our Australian Business 
• Scheduled training and development opportunities throughout your time in Australia
• At the conclusion of the program, you will return to Asia to take up your permanent role.

Are you eligible to apply?

• For our Hong Kong opportunities you must be a Hong Kong National and want to secure a permanent role in Hong Kong. 
• For our opportunities in India you must be a National of India or have full work rights for India, and want to secure a permanent role in India.  
• For our opportunities in China you must be a Chinese national or have full work rights for China, and want to secure a permanent role in China.  
• You will have completed an undergraduate degree before February 2010. Post graduate studies in business related disciplines will be highly regarded. 
• You have a minimum GPA of 65 (credit average) from one of a range of disciplines that include Business, Finance, Commerce and Accounting 
• You are a strong communicator and fluent in both written and spoken English, along with the local language of the country you are applying for.

What else do you need to know?

This program is only open to Hong Kong, Indian and Chinese nationals who are seeking to live and work permanently in the relevant location in Asia. Although you will have the opportunity to complete a temporary assignment in Australia, you will at all times remain an employee of NAB Asia and will not be eligible for ongoing employment in Australia.

When would you commence?

The program will commence in Asia early in 2010. Expected start date will be 2nd February.
