NAB Transact MOTO (Mail Order and Telephone Order) is an online merchant account and a secure web solution that enables merchants to process payments using Visa, MasterCard or charge cards when the cardholder is not present.

Recurring payments
NAB Transact can help your business simplify PCI DSS compliance by providing a number of features to store customer card and account details for later use. Customer information is stored in NAB Transact’s secure database, removing the need for you to undergo stringent auditing involved in holding cardholder information in your own systems.
Payments are processed based on the stored card details. This process is sometimes referred to as ‘Tokenisation’.
Batch Payments
An easy way to create, manage, and schedule multiple payments in a batch (where immediate processing is not required). The Triggered Batch feature will allow you to upload a list of payments to be processed against previously stored customers.
Scheduled Payments
Suitable for businesses that offer subscription or recurring payment options to their customers. Individual card details and payment schedules are managed within NAB Transact.
Receivables management
With NAB Transact you can offer your customers a wide range of payment options. A single data file for all transaction can then be downloaded for import to your systems for debtor reconciliation. Offer customers a web page to make their payment to you by credit or charge card or by direct debit from their bank account.
Pay by Phone
Offer customers a dedicated 1300 number to make their payment to you by credit or charge card or by direct debit from their bank account.
Pay in Person
Allow customers to present their barcoded invoice at any Australia Post outlet for payment by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
