If you have a joint account with another person or persons, you will each be liable for any amount due to NAB on the account. Under your contract with NAB your liability is both joint and several.

This means NAB can ask all of you, or any one of you, for the whole of the amount owing. If you die or become bankrupt, your estate will be liable to the same extent as you were. However, NAB will cancel all authorities for operating the joint account, once it knows of your death (and certain conditions have been met), or of your bankruptcy. Unless otherwise requested, NAB will normally send statements and notices to each and every account holder where accounts are held jointly.

Credit Card accounts are not joint accounts. The primary cardholder or account holder is solely liable for any debts incurred by any cardholder on the account.
