  • Apply to put repayments on hold if you're ahead in your scheduled repayments. You can arrange this via your internet banking facility or by telephone: 13 22 65.
  • If you are experiencing financial difficulty and believe that, due to your circumstances, you will not be able to meet your minimum loan/credit card repayments you can discuss this with our NAB Care team on 1800 701 599 or alternatively contact your Banker/Branch; this contact number is located on the top left hand corner of your issued account statements.

Experiencing financial difficulty?

Financial difficulty can mean something different for everyone. Perhaps you have lost your job, have an illness, are behind in your loan/credit card repayments or think that you might be unable to meet your repayment obligation in the future due to change in your circumstances.

It's important to stay in contact with us when this happens so that we can discuss options available to you. Everyone is different so it's important that we assess every situation on a case by case basis.
