Credit card rewards
You can read about the rewards you can earn with our credit cards, and how to join each rewards program, on the pages about each NAB credit card.
- Earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points on everyday purchases with the NAB Qantas Platinum Card, NAB Qantas Gold Card, or the NAB Qantas Card.
- Earn Velocity Frequent Flyer points on everyday purchases with the Velocity NAB Gold Card or Velocity NAB Standard Card.
- Earn flybuys on everyday purchases with the NAB flybuys Rewards Card.
Linking your card to a rewards program
When you apply for a credit card include your Membership Number in your application. Then we can link your card(s) to your rewards membership before we send them to you.
If you already have a NAB credit card but haven’t told us your rewards Membership Number, contact us so we can link your card to your membership.
- Qantas Frequent Flyer, Velocity Frequent Flyer or NAB flybuys Rewards Card: call us on 13 22 65 from 7am-9pm Mon-Fri, or 8am-6pm on weekends (AEST/AEDT)
- NAB Low Fee or NAB Gold Card: use the FlyBuys Request to Link form (PDF, 253KB).
Managing and redeeming your rewards points
Each rewards program lets you manage and redeem your points online. To check your balance or redeem your points, login to:
- Qantas Frequent Flyer: qantas.com.au/frequentflyer
- Velocity Frequent Flyer: velocityrewards.com.au
- FlyBuys: flybuys.com.au
- Removing FlyBuys membership from your credit card - If you have already linked your credit card to your FlyBuys membership but no longer wish to earn points on your account, you can request to delink your membership by completing the following form. FlyBuys delinkage request form
Qantas Frequent Flyer points and Velocity points don’t expire as long as your membership is active. FlyBuys points expire three years after you earn them.
