What is VIP Lost Card Cover?

VIP Lost Card Cover1M is complimentary for the first 12 months for NAB Visa Gold, NAB Gold MasterCard®, Velocity NAB Gold Card, NAB Qantas Gold Card, NAB Qantas Platinum Card and NAB Gold Visa Debit Card.

VIP Lost Card Cover1 is a registration service offered by Secure Sentinel which will keep a confidential list of your registered credit cards, or any other cards you would keep in your wallet, that you would want to cancel and replace urgently if they are lost or stolen.

When the unfortunate happens, anywhere in the world, all you do is call Secure Sentinel freecall, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they will notify your card issuers.
Benefits

Membership offers the following benefits:

  • cancellation of all affected financial cards within minutes of your call
  • cover you against the cost of fraudulent use of cards between when you call Secure Sentinel and when Secure Sentinel notifies the card issuer.
  • assistance with ordering replacement financial cards
  • cancellation of your Australian passport and details of the closest Australian Embassy for you to organise a replacement
  • an emergency cash advance of up to $1000 if your wallet is lost or stolen. Conditions apply
  • temporary blocking of your mobile phone to prevent misuse
  • coded key tags so your keys can be returned securely if they are found
  • coded luggage tags so Secure Sentinel can be contacted if your luggage is recovered
  • possessions with a serial number can be registered and a detailed report will be provided to help you complete police and insurance reports.
