Apply for a NAB Credit Card

Before you begin

You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply online:

• Over 18 years of age
• Have a good credit rating
• If you do not have regular income or salary, you may not be approved for a NAB Credit Card.  Please call us on 13 13 12 to discuss other options that may be suitable for your needs.

Information you'll need

Your application will be quick and easy if you have the following information handy:

• Your email address - we will use this to contact you about your application
• What you earn (wages, salary and other) and what you spend
• Employer details, eg. name, address, phone number
• Details of what you owe and what you own
• Your driver's licence number (if applicable)
• If you are self-employed, your accountant's name and contact number

What happens after you submit your application

• You will receive a response online within 60 seconds
• You will receive an email to the email address you provided in your application with the Application Reference Number
• If you wish to find out the status of your application, please call 1300 651 656 and quote your Application Reference Number
• If you application is approved, you will generally receive your credit card within 3 working days from the time your application is approved

Apply over the phone by calling 13 13 12 from 8:00am -  9:00pm EST, 7 days a week, or by visiting your nearest  NAB Branch.

A credit card offers you great flexibility and convenience. But it's important to remember, like any debt, you will have to repay it. If you are unsure as to whether you will be able to manage repayments for a new credit card, then you should not consider taking up a NAB Credit Card at this point in time.
