Who can apply?

To apply for credit card you need to be at least 18 years old and have a good credit rating. You don't need to be an Australian citizen.

If you're not earning a regular income or salary, call us to discuss other options that could suit your better on 13 13 12 from 7am-9pm Mon-Fri, or 8am-6pm on weekends (AEST/AEDT).

Things you should know before you apply

• Approval for a credit card depends on our credit assessment criteria.

• A credit card lets you take on debt which you'll have to repay. You should apply for a credit card only if you're sure that you'll be able to manage your repayments.
• Before you apply for a credit card it's a good idea to check your finances with our budget planner.
• It's important to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your credit card.

Information you'll need when you apply

When you apply online we'll ask for things like:

• your email address – we'll email you about your application
• what you earn (wages, salary and other) and what you spend
• your employer's name, address and phone number
• details of what you owe and what you own
• your driver's licence number (if you have one)
• if you're self-employed, your accountant's name and contact number.

After you submit your application

• You'll receive a response online within 60 seconds, and we'll email you. Your email will include your application reference number.
• If your application is approved, it is then subject to verification. If the verification criteria is satisfied, you will receive your credit card within 5 business days
