To switch to a NAB Equity Lending Facility, follow these simple steps:

• STEP 1: Obtain a copy of the NAB Equity Lending Application kit
• STEP 2: Complete a NAB Equity Lending Application
• STEP 3: Submit your Application form and provide supporting documentation

Step 1: Obtain a copy of the NAB Equity Lending Application kit

To obtain a copy of the application kit, you can:

Step 2: Complete a NAB Equity Lending Application

Once you have read through the NAB Equity Product Disclosure Statement, the Facility Terms and the Cash Management Account Product Disclosure Statement, complete your application form.

Step 3: Submit your Application form and provide supporting documentation

Please forward your completed Application form (and when applicable, your cheque, made payable to NAB Equity Lending) to:

If you are switching to NAB from another loan provider, please also provide a copy of a current margin loan statement from that provider.

All loan applications are subject to approval. NAB Equity Lending will generally approve individual or joint applications within 48 hours of receipt of the application. Applications from companies and trustees on behalf of trusts may take longer to approve. Any incomplete information may delay the establishment of your Facility.

What happens next?

On approval of your application you will receive a welcome kit with a letter confirming the details of your Facility and information about how to operate your Facility.

You will be issued with a User Name and Password within 10 working days from the date you receive written confirmation that your Facility has been established. You can then use your User Name and Password to access your Facility details online.

You will also be assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager can assist you with any queries you have about your Facility.
