Your credit limit is determined by the amount of equity you have in your property and your income. The NAB Portfolio Facility lets you access up to 80% of the value of your home or 90% with Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
To give you control over your finances and help you build wealth easily and more quickly, the NAB Portfolio Facility allows you to create up to 12 sub accounts for each of your transactional, savings, personal and investment borrowing needs.
The sub accounts give you the flexibility to access your line of credit whenever you need.
The NAB Portfolio Facility also allows you to reduce the amount of interest you pay by using the money you have on hand to offset your borrowings.
Better still, your sub accounts do not attract any transaction or service fees.
