Conditions of Entry:
Definitions
1. The following definitions apply:
"Agency" means Belong Pty Ltd ABN 75 058 774 593
"Approved Manner" has the meaning set out in Clause 3.
"Eligible Entrant" means, subject to clauses 3 and 4, a business based or registered in South Australia which has:
-
applied in the Approved Manner for a new, NAB Business Loan of not less than $20,000.00 for new customers and $50,000 for existing customers during the Promotion Period,
-
had that application approved by NAB during the Promotion Period, and who has
-
partially or fully drawn down that NAB Business Loan within the Promotion Period.
Permanent employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, the Agency and the Port Adelaide Football Club Limited ABN 49 068 839 547 associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
"NAB" means National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937.
"NAB Business Loan" means NAB Business Overdraft, NAB Business Mortgage Overdraft, NAB Commercial Mortgage Overdraft, NAB Farm Management Account Overdraft, NAB Business Plus, NAB Business Options Instalment Loan, NAB Business Options Combination Loan, NAB Business Options Interest Only Loan (Interest in Arrears), NAB Business Options Interest Only Loan (Fixed Rate Interest in Advance), NAB Farmers Choice Package, NAB Market Rate facility, NAB Bill Facility, NAB Debtor Finance Facility, NAB Finance Lease, NAB Commercial Hire Purchase, NAB Equipment Loan, NAB Novated Lease. NAB Business Loans do not include BNZA business loans or loans for personal purposes.
"Promoter" means the National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 of Level 36, 500 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 ("NAB").
"Promotion Period" means the period from 12.01am, 8 August 2007 to 12.00 midnight, 31 December 2007.
Conditions of Entry
2. Information on how to enter and all prize details form part of the terms and conditions of entry ("Conditions of Entry"). By entering the promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.
Entry Eligibility
3. Entry is open to Eligible Entrants during the Promotion Period for the purposes of this competition, NAB Business Loan applications are made in the Approved Manner if they are made:
- via the telephone number: 08 8407 6464, or
- quoting "NAB Power Business Loan Offer" in their application.
Entry and Eligibility Restrictions/Allowances
4. Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into the prize draw once their NAB Business Loan satisfying the eligibility criteria has been approved, subject to remaining qualifying criteria of partial or full draw down during the Promotion Period. Eligible Entrants are entitled to one entry into the prize draw for each loan satisfying the eligibility criteria during the Promotion Period. Eligible Entrants' NAB Business Loan applications will be deemed to be approved when the NAB banker communicates verbal approval and issues a letter confirming approval to the particular applicant. If the NAB Business Loan has more than one applicant or borrower, the applicants and borrowers for each NAB Business Loan shall jointly be the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the rules of the competition or the prize offered or cancel the competition if it is no longer able to run it due to reasons beyond its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
Prize Draw
5. The prize draw will take place at 10.00 am (EST) on 9 January 2008 at Belong Pty Ltd ABN 75 058 774 593, Level 8, 155 George Street, Sydney NSW. One Prize Winner ("Prize Winner") will be drawn randomly. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Description & Values
6. Subject to these Conditions of Entry, the first valid entry drawn will win a 2008 Corporate Season Starter Pack valued at $10,994.50 (inc GST) including:
- a table of ten at each of the four Vodafone Power Business Series luncheons. Dates of each luncheon will be made available on www.portadelaidefc.com.au during the month of December.
- half-day training session for up to 40 guests tailored to your organisation's specific requirements held at the Port Adelaide Football Club Headquarters.
- reserved car-parking and invitations for 10 people to the Port Adelaide Football Club President's Pre-Match Function including reserved seat in the Members to watch one game of your choice including the Showdown (subject to availability).
Any Prize Restrictions
7. The prize is not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and, subject to a contrary arrangement with the Promoter, cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or content of the prize.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the rules of the competition or the prizes offered or cancel the competition if it is no longer able to run it due to reasons beyond its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
Prize Substitution
9. Subject to these Conditions of Entry, if the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the nominated prize or any part of the prize, for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value (subject to State Permit regulations).
Prize Winner Notification
10. The Prize Winner will be contacted either in writing or by telephone, email, or SMS by the Promoter (at the contact details held by the Promoter for the Eligible Entrant) within 5 business days of the draw:
(i) to notify the Prize Winner of their win;
(ii) to confirm whether the Prize Winner is eligible to win under these Conditions of Entry; and
(iii) to confirm whether the Prize Winner wishes to claim the prize.
Details of the Prize Winner will be published in the public notice section of The Australian newspaper on 16 January 2008. Subject to contrary agreement between the Promoter, the Prize Winner's prize will be available for collection within 5 business days of confirmation of the Prize Winner's eligibility and intention to claim the relevant prize.
Confirmation of eligibility and claim of prize
12. If the Prize Winner does not claim the Prize within 3.5 months of the prize draw, the Promoter will re-draw the prize on the next business day after completion of the 3.5 months. This is subject to any written direction given under Reg. 37 of the Lotteries and Gaming Act 1993 (SA). The winner of this draw ("the new Prize Winner") will be notified in the method noted above of their prize, and will be awarded a prize subject to these Conditions of Entry. Details of the new Prize Winner will be published in the public notice section of The Australian newspaper 10 business days after re-allocation of the relevant prize.
Delayed/Misdirected Transactions
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delayed or misdirected entries.
Miscellaneous
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any entrant's or Prize Winner's participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of any part of a Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. To the fullest extent permissible at law each Eligible Entrant and Prize Winner releases the Promoter from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including, without limitation any claim for legal expenses), cost and charge sustained and/or in any way incurred by them in connection with a prize and/or their participation in the Promotion.
16. The Promoter cannot provide advice on specific tax issues. The Promoter recommends that independent tax advice and legal advice on any tax implications arising from winning a Prize should be sought. In the event that any is subject to tax, the Promoter will not be liable for any additional tax payable by the Prize Winner.
17. By accepting a prize, the Prize Winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on behalf of the Promoter in relation to this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publicise each Prize Winner's name, suburb, date of win and photograph through newsletters, print media, electronic media, broadcasts or any other means of publicity.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

Promoters Use of Information
By entering this competition, the entrant consents to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing to its agents and service providers the personal information included in the entry form for the purposes of conducting this competition and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The entrant may contact the Promoter to access or correct any personal information the Promoter holds about them. This is subject to some exceptions allowed by law.
