Additional card offer for FlyBuys linked accounts

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is only available to you as the addressee. 500 bonus FlyBuys points will be awarded only if you successfully apply for an additional cardholder on the NAB Credit Card account linked to your FlyBuys membership ( the  “linked NAB Credit Card account”).
2. To qualify an additional card request form must be submitted to NAB during the Offer Period.
3. Offer Period means the period between 26/11/2007 and 31/12/2007 at 23.59 (EDST).
4. Bonus points will not be awarded if your linked NAB Credit Card account is in default, under the terms and conditions applicable to that account, at any time from the start of the Offer Period until 31/1/2008. The linked NAB Credit Card account must be open at the time the 500 bonus FlyBuys points are credited.
5. The 500 bonus FlyBuys points will be credited to your linked FlyBuys membership from 31/01/2008.
6. Additional cardholder must be 16 years of age or older. All transactions using the additional card will be the responsibility of the primary cardholder.
7. Maximum of 500 bonus FlyBuys points per NAB credit card accountholder available through this promotion.
