NAB Young Local Footballer of the Year Award
Nominations for the NAB Young Local Footballer of the Year Award commence at 12.01pm AEST on Monday 8th August 2011 and close at 11.59am AEST on Wednesday 21st September 2011.
To nominate your club's young footballer of the year visit www.gameday.com.au/NAB-young-footballer and complete the entry form which includes your name, email, nominee’s name, age, club and a 50 word or less explanation of why you think the nominee should be the NAB Young Local Footballer of the Year.
Nominees must be under the age of 21 as of Jan 1st 2011 and play for a SportingPulse registered club (excludes A-League clubs).
10 finalists will be announced on the GameDay website at www.gameday.com.au/NAB-young-footballer on Thursday 26th Sept 2011.
The best written entry, as chosen by the judging panel, will win the Nominee a prize. The winning entry will be chosen by NAB and will be announced on Monday 3rd October 2011.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
- Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Nominations can be made by Australian residents who play or support local football clubs, who are registered with SportingPulse. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

This is a game of skill. 10 finalists will be selected by NAB based on the merits of the written submission which explains why the nominee should be chosen for the Award.
The 10 finalists will be announced on the Sporting Pulse website on Thursday 26th Sept 2011.
The winning written entry will be chosen by NAB and will be announced on Monday 3rd October 2011.

Prizes will be given to both the Nominee and their SportingPulse registered club.
A cash prize of $500 will be credited to a NAB iSaver Account created for the winner. The Nominee must comply with the terms and conditions attached to the NAB iSaver account including the account opening requirements.
The Nominee's club will win 10 x Patrick Soccer Balls.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or make-up of the prize or any event that occurs that is beyond the Promoters control. The winner also acknowledges that the prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions. The club prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- All entries will become the Promoter’s property. Each entry must be entrant’s original work and entrants agree that the Promotor may make copies of or publish their entry in any form or media. Entrants warrant that their entry is not, and its use by the Promotor will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights or any other rights.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
