Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.

The promoter is National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937), Level 34, 500 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“NAB”).

Entry is open to all employees or contractors of NAB and MLC.

The promotion commences at 00.01 (AEDST) on 27 November 2008 and closes at 23.59 (AEDST) on 5 December 2008 (AEDST) (“Competition Period”).

To enter during the competition period, employees must register their worst ever Christmas present via the
MyVoice website under the category ‘Visa Gift Card Christmas Competition’.

You may only enter the competition once.

All valid entries will be entered into the competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

The Promoter may deem entries not complying with these terms and conditions invalid. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the basis of literary and creative merit. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

All entries will become the Promoter’s property. You agree that the Promoter may make copies of or publish your entry and undertake that your entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights.

Winners agree at NAB’s request to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win and consent to their name or image being used in promotional material.

The best ten valid entries submitted as determined by the judges, will be displayed on MyVoice as ‘finalists’. The MyVoice users will then vote for the winning entry between 8 December 2008 – 12 December 2008.

The Prize awarded will be a $500 NAB Visa Gift Card. Use of the NAB Visa Gift Card will be subject to standard terms and conditions related to that product. The Prize will be hand delivered to the Prize winner. If direct delivery is unavailable, the Prize will be sent by registered post to Prize winner.

The winner will be notified via phone and/or email on Monday 15 December 2008. If the Prize is not claimed by 15 January 2009, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to the next best valid entry as determined by the judges.

The Promoter may disqualify invalid entries from this competition or the entries of any person who tampers with or benefits from the tampering with the entry process or the conduct of the competition. The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned.

Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take a part of the prize at the time set by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit that part. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the tax implications from prize winnings.
